Luke was able to come very quickly when my wife contacted him. We had water leaking internally from a bathroom/laundry to a lower level and needed help to find where it was coming from. Luke used his camera to inspect our house pipes dating back to 1960. He was super friendly and helpful and showed my wife and I the condition of the pipes and we discussed options. I’d recommend Luke to anyone looking for someone friendly and thorough.

Luke has been a pleasure to deal with. After trying to get a job done initially with other plumbers in the area, and not having success, Luke came out straight away to look at the work I needed for my upcoming pool, organised everything and had the job done on the Monday! Luke was back out this week to do some additional work for us, because of his previous efforts to assist. More than happy to recommend him to others, and no doubt will have him out again as needed in the future!

Friendly guy who did a nice clean install. Really happy with how well everything has been packaged. Ran late on the day (but what plumber isn't) but was able to do the install while we were away and followed all instructions and answered all questions, even the obscure ones. Very helpful and would use again

Luke and his team installed our whole house filtration system and we couldn’t be happier with his workmanship. Luke explained how the system works and the best location for the system to be placed. He came to do the job when he said he would and they cleaned up once installation was complete. We are very happy with end result and will definitely be using pinpoint plumbing if we ever need a plumber again
